Welcome to Blush Mango! We are committed to ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience for all our customers. Please read the following policies carefully before making a purchase.


1. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 10–15 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Delays may occur during festive seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹5000/-. 


2. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns: We accept returns only for defective or damaged products. Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges: Size exchanges for stitched blouses are accepted once per order. Sarees without blouse stitching are eligible for exchange in case of defects only.

  • Conditions:

    • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

    • Tags and original packaging must be intact.

  • How to Initiate: Please email us at hello@blushmango.com with your order number and images of the issue.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • Cancellations are not permitted after the item is shipped.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only for valid returns.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


5. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and ensure that your personal information is kept secure. We do not share customer data with third parties, except as necessary to process orders or comply with legal obligations.
