At Aria Weaves, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality sarees and blouses that meet your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items eligible for return include defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

  • Sarees with custom stitching or alterations are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@blushmango.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Size issues with the stitched blouse.

  • Receipt of a wrong or defective item.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. The replacement will be shipped once the original product is received and inspected.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees with customized blouse stitching.

  • Items bought during clearance sales or with heavy discounts.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

  • Please ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
